Leo Vegas Reveals New Multi-Brand Platform

Leo Vegas Reveals New Multi-Brand Platform

Leo Vegas AB, a Swedish mobile gaming company and provider of online casino and sports betting services, officially presented their new multi-brand platform.

This multi-brand platform will be launched under the name ‘Brands of Leo’…

…while the operator announced that they want to develop the platform and expand it with more brands.

A Brand-New Gambling Platform

Representatives from Leo Vegas said that this new multi-brand strategy was possible thanks to its “flexible and scalable proprietary technical platform.”

A tiny team of Leo Vegas developers will now initiate the new ‘Brands of Leo’ venture…

…which is, as they say, aligned with their efforts to increase the efficiency of Leo Vegas’ existing products.

A Word from a CEO

“The multi-brand functionality that we have developed on our proprietary core platform will allow us now to launch new brands with a high level of flexibility and scalability,” the CEO of Leo Vegas, Gustaf Hagman, said in an official report.

“These will be distinctly targeted to different customer groups – some of which are looking for niche functionality and others that are driven by the charm of novelty that a new and fresh brand offers.

Our ambition is to raise the bar in the industry and always offer something new and unique while maintaining our overall focus on responsible gaming,” Hagman added.

New Ventures for Leo Vegas

Leo doesn’t seem to stop with new ideas. Just last month, they obtained a five-year gambling license from the Swedish Gambling Authority, also known as Spelinspektionen.

Thanks to this license, they launched a new Pixel Digital esports betting brand, that will help the company focus on Sweden and other Nordic countries…

…but the plan is to open up to other international markets in the future.

During the press conference, Pixel CEO, Eirik Christiansen, spoke about the new Swedish license and said that the new license gives the opportunity to open the esports betting market to Swedes who love gaming tournaments.

“This will position us for continued expansion internationally,” Christiansen added.

Making Changes in the Company

At the very end of February of this year, Leo Vegas appointed Mattias Wedar, formerly of Mr. Green (MRG) as the new chief product and chief technology officer (O/CTO).

Mattias Weda is Swedish and was MRG’s long-standing chief of technology development within the company’s subsidiary, MRG Gametek.

His track record also includes working for Eniro where he held several senior roles and was in charge of the Nordic market’s search services and directory assistance.

He is also podcast marketplace Acast’s member of the board and has a Master’s degree in Informatics and Economics from Lund University.

“Mattias s us most recently from a similar role and has solid experience in product development and keen industry knowledge. With this new position, the product and technology organization will have a single leader, which will increase its effectiveness and cooperation within the group,” Leo Vegas officials announced in an official statement.
