Authentic Gaming Debuts in North America with the Michigan Gaming Control Board License

Authentic Gaming, one of the industry leaders in offering live casino solutions, is off to a flying start in North America. The company has just received the green light from the Michigan Gaming Control Board to live stream its roulette tables from a state-of-the-art Farmington Hills studio.

Based in Malta, Authentic Gaming has a proud history of supplying the international iGaming market with top-notch content. Since November 2021, it is part of the Light & Wonder Group (former Scientific Games), which acquired this software provider with the aim of entering the rapidly evolving live casino sector.

Immersive Gambling Experience

It is expected that initially, the company will offer its content through the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community, using Golden Nugget Casino, as well as the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians via BetRivers, a Rush Street Interactive brand.

Authentic Gaming became the third supplier of live dealer content to get authorization from the Michigan Gaming Control Board. In 2021, the licenses were granted to two iGaming giants Playtech and Evolution.

In contrast to RNG table games that use computer-generated graphics, live dealer entertainment is all about real-time interaction between players and human croupiers.

Authentic Gaming offers a wide range of tables, streaming not only from its studios but also from the floors of the most luxurious land-based casinos. The company’s portfolio also includes an innovative range of Auto Roulette. It is, however, expected that Michigan players will be able to enjoy a broader selection of titles with added blackjack and baccarat tables.

Not so long ago, Light & Wonder, which last week went live in Michigan with Playzido, unveiled its first live game show 7’s on Fire, developed by AG.
