live dealer games as of January 1. The authorization was granted this past Monday to Harrah’s Hoosier Park in Anderson and Indiana Grand Racing and Casino in Shelbyville.
Indiana Gaming Commission has planned to introduce live dealer chances in both racinos beginning in 2021. However, the state ed a so-called sweeping bill which allowed Indiana to launch the chances earlier.
At the moment, both Indiana racinos are allowed to offer slots and table games managed by electronic dealers. Both racinos have been working very hard to implement live dealer chances and employed over 500 people for the same purpose.
According to the words of Senior Vice President and General Manager of Hoosier Park, Trent McIntosh, casinos provided workers with a minimum of $20 wage per hour. McIntosh said:
“I think that created some excitement.”
Indiana racinos will be opened at 1 p.m on the first day of the New Year. The Harrah’s Hoosier Park in Anderson will include 28 tables as well as 179 seats while Indiana Grand will stand out with 43 tables and 304 seats. Additionally, Indiana Grand is ready to offer more games like Mississippi stud, three-card poker, and EZ Baccarat.
According to a statement from the Commission’s Executive Director, Sara Gonso Tait, there were no issues regarding the preparation of racinos for the official launch. Taid concluded:
“Well done so far. It’s an exciting New Years Day.”

Wow! I can’t wait to see live dealer games in Indiana racinos. These venues are simply amazing for horse punters but I believe that new casino s will be attracted in the future. The offer will be satisfying and customers will have good options. I am very optimistic about the Indiana gambling market and hope to see new additions very soon!
