Internet betting giant, Delaware. Delaware and Nevada have been sharing poker liquidity since 2015, with New Jersey ing the flock just recently. The network will provide an opportunity to players from these states to play against each other.

This is a t venture by 888, WSOP, The Delaware Lottery and All American Poker Network. In April, Caesars Interactive Entertainment began sharing online poker liquidity between the three participating states via 888Poker and WSOP brands. This will give an enormous boost to online poker in these states, as it was lagging behind other forms of casino gambling because of smaller player pools. Combining player pools from these states could keep poker companies sustainable and lucrative.

888’s Chief Executive, Itai Frieberger, comments: “The launch of the 888-powered interstate poker network is another significant milestone for the US igaming market. Poker players across all three regulated states can compete with each other through the 888 unique, proprietary platform. “This is great news for customers and our partners and further demonstrates 888’s commitment and unique position in the regulated US online igaming market.”

The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement director, David Rebuck, stated: “We are pleased for the additional opportunities this agreement provides not only for online poker players in Nevada, New Jersey, and Delaware, but also for other states that may want to participate in the future.”
