888 Appoints Mark Summerfield New Non-Executive Director and Member of the Board

Former interim chief financial officer of William Hill, Mark Summerfield, has been added to 888 Holding’s board as non-executive director. He ed the company’s audit committee as well where he will work with Anne de Kerckhove and Zvika Zivlin.

He ed the operator with immediate effect after serving as Hill’s interim CFO between July 2016 and December 2017. He was also at KPMG multinational services network, working as a partner there between 1999 and 2017.

A Valuable Addition to the Board

During his stint with KPMG…

…he was at several senior roles such as UK head for audit technology, global head of gaming, media and telecoms and head of assurance.

New Jersey Operations Off to a Good Start
