Italian soccer champions, Turin’s FC Juventus, have signed an exclusive international deal with 10bet, according to which this betting brand will become their official gaming and betting partner. This marks company’s biggest partnership of this deal to date.
The deal has been signed for three years and the Serie A outfit, led by Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo, stresses out that 10bet alliance will focus on business activities outside of Italy.
Italy has imposed a so-called blanket ban on gambling advertising in January of this year…
…which is why both parties tied up in this coalition will take their business abroad. Spokerperson of Juventus has said that 10bet deal replaces the Betfair one (club’s previous betting partner).
The gambling firm has stated in an official press release that it will develop promotional content and marketing activities for both the club and their band of ers. This will encom exclusive content and giveaways for various prizes and awards.
As for Juventus, this deal will help them with international expansion.
Chief revenue officer of Juventus, Giorgio Ricci, comments on this deal:
“We will work exclusively outside Italy together with a partner for whom entertainment and engagement are the core activities.
The particular attention paid to the global markets and audiences, a key theme for 10bet and the club, attests to the perfect synergy between our companies. In fact, this agreement fits ideally into the ongoing international growth project that has been in development by Juventus for years now.”
Spokesperson for 10bet has added:
“We’re thrilled to be partnering with such a prestigious brand as Juventus and both brands share the same values and principles.
We are ionate about presenting our audiences with the most unique and entertaining products and we’re confident this will be a mutually beneficial long-term partnership.”
10bet, which is no stranger to soccer since they are a shirt sponsor of English Championship team Blackburn Rovers, has licenses in the UK, Ireland, Malta and Sweden. They currently have no plans of entering Italy where gambling ads have been declared illegal since Dignity Decree was introduces early in 2019.
It has issued a total ban on all media platform for gambling businesses in this country. No Italian sports teams are allowed to present marketing branding, logos or other messages with gambling products, brands, events or bonuses.
Elsewhere, 10bet has just come off with another major soccer-related deal…
…when they’ve acquired the services of legendary player Didier Drogba which became their brand ambassador.
The retired professional player from Ivory Coast, which made his name playing for Chelsea FC, will be in charge of driving brand’s expansion through promotional appearances. Drogba remarked that filming the ads was very fun and proclaimed that responsible gambling will always remain both his and 10bet’s objective.

Best of luck to both of them. Juventus is a huge name, I’m sure 10bet will benefit more through this.
